Novel Hotel City Center Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, making me feel right at home. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was ideal, centrally located with easy access to the city's attractions. However, the dining options were a bit lacking in variety, and the facilities could use some improvement.

I absolutely loved the hotel's central location in Abu Dhabi, just a short walk from the coastline and surrounded by everything I needed. The spacious room was a different story from what I expected from the photos, and there was a slight smell on the non-smoking floor.

I chose the Pure Luxury Suite for my stay, and it didn't disappoint with its clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near KFC and other food outlets. The staff was friendly, and the food was great. However, the noise from nearby establishments made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, although the bed felt a bit hard initially, I had a great night's sleep. However, there was a noticeable moldy smell in the room. The service, particularly from Mr Tariq, was outstanding and truly made my short stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but the small bathroom made me slightly uncomfortable. The dining options were excellent on my first visit, but disappointing on a subsequent stay. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, although there were some minor issues.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with nice rooms and accommodating reception staff. However, the lack of flexibility in room assignment was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a good experience with hopes of returning soon.
